To Steam :Steam 800gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in MAK NYONYA Instant Asam Fish water 400ml (2 cups), coconut milk 200ml and a packet of MAK NYONYA
Sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes)
To Fry :Fry 800gm of fish or seafood together with MAK NYONYA Instant Asam Fish Sauce for a 5 minutes. Add in 200ml of water (1 cup). Continue cook until boil
and serve hot.
