Asam, Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Sugar, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil).
To Steam : Add lady’s finger and tomatoes together with the fish, pour Instant Asam Fish Sauce over the fish and vegetables. Steam for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
To Stir Fry : Sauté Instant Asam Fish Sauce until aromatic. Add in 800gm of seafood (prawns, squids and fish), continue stir-fry until seafood is cooked.
