Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Torch Ginger, Sugar, Salt & Palm oil.
To Steam : Pour over 800gm of fish with Instant Portuguese Style Sauce, steam for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Serve hot.
To Grill : Pour over 800gm of fish with Instant Portuguese Style Sauce, wrap with aluminium foil, put into oven to bake or grill over heat until cooked. Remove the aluminium foil and serve with lime juice & onion.
To Stir Fry : Sauté Instant Portuguese Style Sauce until aromatic. Add in 800gm of seafood (prawns, squids and fish), continue stir-fry until seafood is cooked.
