Spicy Rendang Mutton


200 gm - Mak Nyonya Instant Rendang Sauce
800 gm - Mutton
6 pcs - Dried chili (pounded)
100 ml - Coconut milk
500 ml - Water


  1. Blanch mutton in boiling water and drained.
  2. Sauté Mak Nyonya Instant Rendang Sauce and dried chili until fragrant.
  3. Add in mutton, water and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until meat is tender. 
  4. Add in coconut milk until the sauce is drying out. Add sugar to taste, if needed.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
