Stir Fried Tom Yam Vermicelli

Ingredients

200 gm - Mak Nyonya Instant Tom Yam Sauce
500 gm - Rice vermicelli (soaked in cool water and drained)
200 gm - Small size prawns
200 gm - Mince chicken
100 gm - Bean Sprouts
4 pcs - Kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
1 no - Onion
50 gm - Dried shrimp (drained and pounded)
2 pcs - Fried beancurd (sliced)
2 pcs - Red chili (shredded)
2 tbsp - Lime juice
    
Garnishing:
Spring onions, parsley and fried shallots

Methods

  1. Sauté Mak Nyonya Instant Tom Yam Sauce and onion, add dried shrimp until fragrant.
  2. Add in rice vermicelli, prawns, kaffir lime leaves and mince chicken. Slowly add in some water and stir-fry until the noodles are tender.
  3. Add in bean sprouts and red chili, mix well.
  4. Dish out, garnish with sliced spring onions, parsley and fried shallots. 
  5. Serve with lime juice.
